Terms of Service — Blue Scoreboard

By creating an account or using bluescoreboard.com, you agree to these terms.

1. What Blue Scoreboard is

Blue Scoreboard is an invite-only, user-directed live sports statistics tracker. You choose the players and statistics to follow; we display them in a large-format live format.

Blue Scoreboard is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, facilitate, or settle wagers, and we do not offer gambling. Features that let you record or follow a parlay are tracking tools only — any betting you do happens entirely outside Blue Scoreboard, with third parties, at your own risk. Statistics, lines, and projections shown are informational and may be delayed or inaccurate; nothing in the product is betting advice.

2. Accounts and invites

Access is by invite code. Codes may be limited (including per-code Founder status and signup limits) and may be changed or revoked. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials — including your vault PIN — secure. There is no PIN reset: a forgotten vault PIN cannot be recovered by us.

3. Digital collectibles — coins, dice, and cards

The product includes digital collectible features ("Coins," "Dice," and "Blue Score Cards"). These are platform-native digital items recorded in our registry. They:

• are not cryptocurrencies or NFTs, and are not recorded on any blockchain;
• have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and are not a financial instrument or investment;
• are issued, numbered, and recorded by us (including the Founders program and per-code issuance rules), and issuance records in our registry are the authoritative record of ownership within the product;
• may be modified, paused, or discontinued as the product develops during its early period.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' accounts or data, no scraping or automated abuse, no interfering with the service, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the spirit of the invite program.

5. Third-party data and marks

Live statistics come from publicly available third-party sports data, including ESPN's public scoreboard, game-summary, and core API endpoints; reference lines are publicly posted sportsbook figures. Team names, player names, and league marks belong to their respective owners; Blue Scoreboard is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, MLB, ESPN, any team, league, or sportsbook. Data may be delayed, interrupted, or wrong; the service is provided "as is" without warranties.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Scoreboard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on statistics or lines displayed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
